Stop Struggling to Make a Living—Start Building a Knife Business That Scales.
For years, I was grinding blades late into the night—frustrated by slow progress, wasted time, and hours spent in a respirator. I tried hiring production companies, but the blades were always late and full of mistakes.
I wanted to bring production in-house, so I got a loan for machines and shelled out thousands each month to hire a machinist. It wasn’t sustainable. I had to learn it myself.
I spent a small fortune on in-person CNC classes—designed for machinists, not knifemakers—and still made mistake after mistake. I scrapped materials, broke endmills, and wasted time.
Then I cracked the code. I developed my own workflow using Fusion 360 and CNC machinery that transformed my knifemaking business. I went from a few custom pieces a month to repeatable production that 4×ed, then 16×ed my profit.
This course isn’t theory—it’s the exact system I built and still use to grow my solo operation. I’m passing it on so you don’t have to learn the hard way.
If you’re ready to go from making a few blades a month to producing hundreds, this course is for you.
Here’s What You’ll Get / Learn:
- Step-by-step instruction to design knives and manufacture blades, handle scales, and Kydex sheaths—entirely with CNC machinery.
- Lifetime access—stream anytime at your own pace, and rewatch as often as needed.
- Real-world machine recommendations, financing tips, and workflows you can apply immediately.
- Take full control of your production—no more waiting on outside shops or unreliable contractors.
- Clean, repeatable systems—say goodbye to G10 dust clouds and hours spent in a respirator.
- Avoid costly mistakes that waste material, time, and money—learn the shortcuts I discovered the hard way.
- More time and energy for what really matters: your family, your health, and your life.
What If I Can't Afford a CNC Machine?
A CNC router can be purchased for under $1,000, and you can use it to manufacture sheaths and handles while still hand grinding blades. Once you’ve mastered those basics, you can upgrade to a CNC mill.
Every single machine I’ve bought—whether it was a CNC router or mill—I paid for with credit or a loan. I didn’t wait until I had the money. I bought the machine, put it to work, and once it started making profit, I paid it off. Simple as that.
If you're already selling your handmade knives consistently, the only way to grow is to take on a little risk and invest in yourself—your skills, your tools, and your business.
The first year I added a CNC router, I doubled my income.
When I added a CNC mill, I doubled it again.
You can’t expect different results by doing the same thing—your business will only grow as far as you’re willing to push.

What Will I Need to Get Started?
All you need to begin is:
- A computer capable of running Fusion 360
- Fusion 360 installed
- A mouse with a scroll wheel
Fusion 360 is a computer program that lets you design parts—like knives, handles, or sheaths—in both 2D and 3D, and then create the cutting instructions your CNC machine needs to make them. You can model your blade, shape your handles, and set up all the toolpaths that tell your machine exactly how to cut each part. It’s the bridge between your design and the finished product.
Fusion 360 is free for personal use, so just sign up for the free plan to get started. Once you're making money, you can upgrade to the paid version with advanced features.
You don’t need to own a CNC machine to take this class. You’ll simulate every cut step-by-step inside Fusion 360, and when you’re ready to buy a machine, you’ll already have the project files, workflows, and knowledge to start manufacturing parts.

Learn from an Experienced Maker
Meet Your Instructor:
My name is Yoni Wunderman, and I’ve been making knives for more than a decade. Over the past seven years, I’ve grown my brand and streamlined my production using CNC machining. Along the way, I developed my own system for working efficiently in Fusion 360, and I’m excited to share it with you.
My Monthly Drop
I produce over 100 high-end blades a month using this exact system—solo, without a team, and without outsourcing. CNC lets me keep production efficient so I can spend more time creating content, growing my brand, and boosting sales.
Real-World Manufacturing Solutions
These are the exact methods I developed and refined over years of hands-on experience. Designed to streamline your workflow, reduce costly mistakes, and help you produce high-quality knives efficiently and consistently.
Ditch the Dust, Not the Detail
Learn to digitally texture your handles and automate their production. Exposure to G10, micarta, and wood dust is hazardous—and completely unnecessary. You can leave the mess behind in under a week.
Learn My Advanced Kydex System
Most production shops I see are still making one sheath at a time, even with molds… I’ll teach you my exclusive 4-mold setup so you can batch-cut sheaths on a single piece of Kydex in minutes. Clean, fast, and repeatable.
